An interactive and fun solution inspired by the PECS method
This pink Interactive Daily Routine support is a tool designed to support children with specific needs, such as autism, ADHD, in organizing their day. Based on the PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) method, this routine helps structure and anticipate daily events through a visual and interactive approach.
Ideal for busy days or days with many steps (school activities, appointments, leisure activities, etc.), this system helps reduce stress by giving the child a clear and predictable vision of what awaits them. It transforms often complex routines into a motivating game, where each action accomplished becomes a valued achievement.
A fun and motivating way to manage your day
This routine includes spaces dedicated to the actions or events of the day. Here's how it works:
- The pictograms, representing activities (such as washing, going to school, playing or having a snack), are fixed to the support using a scratch system.
- Throughout the day, the child validates each step completed by folding the corresponding tab on the support.
- For each validated step, a star is won. If the child manages to collect the 7 stars of the day, he wins a reward (chosen by the parent or accompanying person).
This interactive game approach makes organization fun and motivating for the child. In addition to helping them better manage their days, it promotes their autonomy, self-confidence and the acquisition of good habits.
